Nobody calls a law firm on a good day. Carrie Hyatt’s job starts there.

“I help ease the initial wariness of having to turn to a law firm for help.”

She answers questions to the best of her ability and reassures people that the team is here, sometimes long after the case has already opened. What clients respond to is simple: she listens.

Ask her what makes the firm different and she does not say results. She says the staff. “The care that our employees show for what the client is going through, regardless of whether it has to do with the accident they were involved in or something else that life threw at them.”

That extends past the intake sheet. Even when the firm cannot take a case type, Carrie tries to send people away with a resource or two.

Outside of work she spends time in nature, reads, and listens to and plays music.
