About Evan Jones

Evan Jones has spent his entire career on one side of the table. Since 2013, he has represented disabled Americans. Hundreds of hearings before administrative law judges. Not a sideline, not a practice group. The work.

He is a native Kentuckian. University of Kentucky undergrad, then law school at Drexel University in Philadelphia, where he graduated in 2011. He represented hundreds of disabled clients at Social Security hearings in Pennsylvania before coming home. He joined the Karl Truman Law Office in 2018.

Evan handles Social Security Disability, workers’ compensation, and ERISA long-term disability claims in both Kentucky and Indiana. Work injuries on both sides of the river. That matters more than it sounds. Indiana and Kentucky handle work comp differently, and knowing which state’s rules apply to your claim is often the first real question in the case.

He lives in Louisville with his wife. In his spare time he enjoys music and reading up on current events.
