Lilly Morgan

A law firm is not something people go looking for on a good day. Lilly Morgan’s job is to make sure that when the day comes, they find KTLO.

She has been the firm’s Marketing Director since August 2024. She handles how people discover the firm when they need legal help, and she runs the other half of the job that most people never connect to a law office: the community work. She coordinates KTLO’s events and works with the organizations and causes the firm sponsors. “It means so much to me to connect people with the support they need and help our firm give back to the communities we serve.”

Her work follows a client past the intake sheet. She recognizes the moments that matter in their lives, the good ones and the hard ones, and coordinates thoughtful gifts to mark them. She manages the welcome swag new clients receive. She encourages the five-star reviews that let the next person hear directly from someone the firm already helped, so they can walk in confident instead of anxious.

What clients pick up on is the thoughtfulness. The personal touches that say the firm sees them as people, not case numbers.

Ask her what makes KTLO different and she talks about care, and she means it two ways. “Clients are never treated like just another case or number. Everyone works together to make sure they feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout the entire process, and even beyond their case.” The community work is the same instinct pointed outward. Local events, local sponsorships, a commitment to making a difference outside the office.

Outside of work Lilly spends her time with her husband, their daughter, and their dog. Her favorite days are the ones on the boat and the ones spent grilling out with family.
