Sharon Watkins

The title is not a joke. Sharon Watkins is the first voice most clients hear, and four years in she has made a craft of it.

“As the first point of contact for many of our clients, I help create a welcoming and supportive experience from the very first call or visit.” Whether she is answering a question, routing someone to the right person, or simply listening, the goal is the same. Every client leaves the conversation feeling heard.

What clients bring up: friendliness and responsiveness. She greets everyone with kindness and professionalism, on the phone or through the door.

Sharon is married with one son, two step-daughters, and three grandchildren a “Lolli” could not ask more of. The family also has a 9 year old long coat German Shepherd named Cupcake, who definitely keeps life interesting.

Outside the office she takes in Broadway plays, outdoor events, and the Louisville food scene. She is always learning something new. Most recently, glass fusing. She volunteers with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kentuckiana and Norton Women and Children’s Hospital.
