Almost two years at the firm, with her second anniversary coming in May. She manages the discovery process, keeps cases organized, keeps deadlines met, and makes sure every necessary document is requested and submitted so the case stays on track.

She is also a consistent point of contact. Timely updates, clear communication, fewer unknowns. Clients bring up her responsiveness and her proactive updates.

Susana runs. She does Pilates and spinning. She travels and explores new places. She bakes when she is stressed, which she says is one of her favorite ways to relax. Fun fact: when she finds a song she loves, she plays it on repeat, sometimes for days, until she cannot hear it anymore.
