About Virginia Cline
Sixteen years this June. If the Karl Truman Law Office runs, Virginia Cline is why.
She oversees day to day production, logistics, human resources, and firm financials. She also owns the culture, which she will tell you is the actual job. “It’s easy to get caught up in our day-to-day activities and forget that in the end, it’s really about the people. In our firm, the single largest expense we have is people. It pays to remember that. They are the engine that drives the business.”
Before joining the firm, Virginia spent more than 11 years as a legal assistant with LandAmerica, specializing in residential and commercial real estate. She is a proud member of the Providence High School Class of 1978, attended the Associated School in Miami, Florida, and earned business credits at IUS. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators.
Her method is unglamorous and it works: structure, consistent policies, proactive communication, and weekly check-ins with every person on the team. Nobody gets lost.
Ask her what makes KTLO different and she does not talk about the firm. She talks about the community, about being locally owned and operated, and about Karl. “You can truly Count on the Colonel. Karl is a class act.”
A native of Louisville, Virginia now calls Clarksville home. She is grateful for her family, her friends, and her work family. She enjoys the arts, being outdoors, socializing, and she loves to sing and dance. Monday through Friday she works with 15 foster children.
“If we are to be successful, we need them to know how important they are and how much they are appreciated.”
